Returns and Complaints Policy
- The IVEREESSE online store accepts returns of purchased goods within 30 days of receiving the shipment. The buyer should return the shipment to the address provided above along with the printed return form.
- Please complete and send the form received with the order, or if it is not available, print the form attached as Annex 1 (available for download above) to this Policy and include it with the returned goods.
- The seller has the right to refuse to accept the return or exchange of goods that show any signs of use exceeding basic product examination, such as staining, makeup marks, mechanical damage, lack of original tag attachment, any scent residues (perfumes, deodorants, laundry detergents, etc.), or lack of accessories included in the shipment (hanger, pouch).
- Returns are not available to other economic entities that received a VAT invoice for the purchase of goods. This exclusion does not apply to entrepreneurs with consumer rights.
- The seller will consider each return request within 14 days from the date of receiving the return, provided that the form is included with the returned goods.
- The seller does not accept returns of clothes sent to the company on cash-on-delivery terms, to locations other than the specified address, or without prior notification to the seller (by phone or email). Additionally, please note that we do not personally accept shipments at the specified address.
- The packaging and transportation method of goods returned to the seller should correspond to their properties (appropriate packaging and securing of the goods).
- The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
- Complaints regarding the non-conformity of goods with the contract should be reported electronically to shop@iveresse.com or by post to the address provided above
